Hey hey Reader, I just left my third conference this weekend. Three different organizations. Three different audiences. Three different topics. But the same conversation kept happening in the hallways, at the coffee station, during the breaks: “I just want more.” More community that actually gets it. More access to women who are building what I’m building. More space to exhale instead of always being “on.” And here’s what I realized: we’re all looking for the same thing. Permission to dream again. Permission to have fun. Permission to just breathe. That’s exactly what June 11 is. The Summer Visibility Soirée isn’t another conference where you’re taking notes and wondering if you’ll ever implement anything. It’s the room where you finally give yourself permission to: Stop being the best-kept secret and actually be seen Dream about what your business could look like if visibility wasn’t always on the back burner Have fun with other women who understand the weight you carry Exhale — because you’re not the only one feeling invisible despite all you’ve built This is that space to breathe. The fireside conversation isn’t a lecture — it’s the kind of honest discussion you wish you could have at every event but never do. The visibility prompts aren’t busywork — they’re the five questions that will finally get your summer strategy out of your head and onto the page. The peer conversations aren’t forced networking — they’re table discussions with women at your level who are asking the same questions you are. You’ll leave with clarity. With community. With a plan that feels doable instead of overwhelming. And yes — you’ll leave with collaborations that are still buzzing months later. (Ask anyone who was in the room at my last event. They’re still talking about the connections they made.) We’re down to 8 seats. If you’ve been waiting for a sign that it’s time to prioritize your visibility, to give yourself permission to show up, to be in a room that actually fills your cup instead of draining it. This is it. Thursday, June 11 @ 5pm Dumfries, VA 8 left. Let’s create the space we’ve all been looking for. Shanel P.S. — If you’ve been carrying the weight of being invisible while doing incredible work, this room is for you. Come breathe. Come dream. Come be seen. |

Reader, We’re a few short days away from closing the doors to The CEO Summer Camp. And I want to make sure you know exactly what you’re walking away from if you don’t join. This isn’t just another program you add to your list of things you’ll “get to later.” This is 90 days of building the visibility infrastructure that feeds your Q4 pipeline while you’re living your summer. This is AI systems that work while you’re at the pool, on a plane, or simply not at your desk. This is a room full of...
Hey Reader, I’ve been running strategic visibility work for years now, and I’ve noticed something about the leaders who invest in themselves at this level. They fall into three distinct categories. And chances are, you’re one of them. Type 1: The Established Expert Ready for the Next Chapter You’ve built something incredible. The business is profitable. The clients are solid. The reputation is there. But something is shifting. You’re ready to package your expertise differently—coaching,...
TGIF Reader, Let me address something I’ve been hearing from leaders who are interested in The CEO Summer Camp but hesitant about the AI piece. “I’m not tech-savvy. Is this really for me?” Here’s my answer: YES. Absolutely. Because here’s what most people get wrong about AI in business: You don’t need to understand how to build it. You need to understand how to use it strategically. You’re the CEO. Your job isn’t to become a developer. Your job is to know what to delegate, what to automate,...
